Let me help you find a home
When you work with me, you are partnering with a proven real estate leader who consistently closes over $20 million annually in residential sales, manages estate sales alongside local law firms, and brings decades of top-tier experience to your transaction.
I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado with a background spanning real estate sales, property management, and geology. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Geology in 1973, I worked as an exploration geologist before transitioning into real estate in the 1980s, where I managed over 100 residential units before focusing on residential sales, earning my GRI and CRI designations along the way. As the Broker and Owner of Metro Brokers - Andy Ahroon & Co., a Past President of both Metro Brokers, Inc. and the South Metro Denver Realtors' Association, the 2008 Realtor of the Year, and a current ethics panel judge for the Colorado Real Estate Commission, I give you the deep expertise and trusted guidance you need to succeed. Outside of work, you can find me golfing, bike riding, hiking, fly fishing, renovating homes, teaching young adults trap and pistol shooting, managing my personal rentals, and helping senior citizens with home fix-up projects through my church and Tender Warriors.
